
Salted Chinese Cabbage and Spicy Pork with Vermicelli
Ingredients (for 2 people)
- Salted Chinese Cabbage (see recipe above)
- 100 g of thinly sliced pork fillet
- 30 g vermicelli
- 1/2 cup dashi broth (preferably kombu dashi)
- 1/2 teaspoon bean sauce
- 1 teaspoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Prepare the ingredients : Cut the pork into 7-8 mm pieces and the vermicelli into small pieces with kitchen scissors.
- Stir-fry the pork : Heat a saucepan over medium heat, add the bean sauce and briefly stir-fry the pork until it changes color.
- Add Chinese cabbage and vermicelli : Add the drained salted Chinese cabbage, vermicelli, and dashi broth. Bring to a boil.
- Season and simmer : Reduce heat to medium-low, simmer for 10 minutes. Add vinegar, soy sauce and salt to taste.
