Salted Chinese Cabbage and Spicy Pork with Vermicelli

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • Salted Chinese Cabbage (see recipe above)
  • 100 g of thinly sliced ​​pork fillet
  • 30 g vermicelli
  • 1/2 cup dashi broth (preferably kombu dashi)
  • 1/2 teaspoon bean sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Prepare the ingredients : Cut the pork into 7-8 mm pieces and the vermicelli into small pieces with kitchen scissors.
  2. Stir-fry the pork : Heat a saucepan over medium heat, add the bean sauce and briefly stir-fry the pork until it changes color.
  3. Add Chinese cabbage and vermicelli : Add the drained salted Chinese cabbage, vermicelli, and dashi broth. Bring to a boil.
  4. Season and simmer : Reduce heat to medium-low, simmer for 10 minutes. Add vinegar, soy sauce and salt to taste.
