Process

1. Choose the product and buy it : Select the model of insulated bottle you like from our catalog and make the purchase.

2. Choose or provide designs and text : You can choose from our available designs, or send your own designs or texts by email. Please describe in detail the design to be personalized, the font of the text and the location of the engraving (some bottles can be engraved on both sides), let your imagination run wild to create a unique bottle.

3. Design and Layout : Our designers will arrange the layout according to your needs and the text will be arranged in the font you like.

4. Rendering Confirmation : We will send you a picture of the customized product for your approval. Please give us your feedback.

5. Customization Start : After getting your approval, we will proceed with the customization, which will take approximately 3 business days.

6. Shipping : Once the customization is completed, we will arrange the shipment as soon as possible.
